Description:You will be the CMM Inspector for our manufacturing team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of mechanical parts and installations, from prototypes to production programs.
What You Will Be Doing As the CMM Inspector, you will be responsible for performing a variety of inspection operations to verify the quality and accuracy of mechanical parts and installations. You will utilize various techniques, equipment, and instruments to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Performing inspections of completed systems, assemblies, tools, and detail parts
-Utilizing visual, layout, and measurement methods to verify product quality
-Operating various conventional measurement devices and inspection equipment
-Inspecting prototypes, production development, and production programs to ensure accuracy and quality

Basic Qualifications:-Applied knowledge of machine parts, tooling section or mechanical assembly inspection
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Ability to work on a team
-High school degree or equivalent
-Must be able to:
+ Read and interpret Engineering drawings
+ Use precision measurement equipment
+ Use computer programs such as Word, Excel, etc.

-Must be able to effectively interact with Engineering, Production and Corrective Action personnel

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
