The Multi-domain Solutions Group within the Leidos National Security Sector (NSS) is hiring for a Source Throughput Analyst Lead to work in Aurora, CO. This program and position provides 24/7 mission operations support for National Security customers. This opportunity is in anticipation of an upcoming contract award!
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the 24x7 signals analysis to support and manage operational mission systems to include off-line trending analysts, documentation and confirmation of activity.
- Must be able to function efficiently under dynamic conditions and skillfully navigate continually evolving priorities, facilitating reliable and consistent mission application in a complex signal’s environment.
- Accountable for training, developing and implementing technical solutions through deep analysis and understanding of impact to the end-product/solution.
- Enforce adherence to prescribed incident and problem management or ticket escalation processes to quickly and proactively resolve system outages as appropriate.
- Manage cross-crew message comeback copies for all near real time events. Manage and ensures proper format, identify, transfer and make playback data available to support mission demands.
- Compiles and de-conflicts other technical information related to mission briefings and products shared with mission partners.
- Training and performing missile clutter, missile discrimination, missile identification, and initiate reporting.
- Train offline analysis for new GEOINT capability. Provides non-real-time, offline analysis (24/7) for all crews mission support.
- Provide face to face accountability for STA and customer relations.
What does Leidos need from me?
- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree with 8 to 12 years of relevant OPIR experience or Master’s degree with 6 to 10 years of relevant OPIR experience. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Favorable if you have:
- OPIR background and Doctorate in the technical domain.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
