Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Product Manager to join our dynamic Digital Transformation team in Renton, Washington.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including: Experienced and Senior Level Product Managers.
In this role, you will shape the development of in-house technologies that support our sales and marketing processes.
The ideal candidate excels in stakeholder interaction, managing diverse opinions, and collaborating with IT teams to develop innovative solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of Sales Operations in-house tools to support business needs
- Understand and represent user needs by working closely with customers
- Prioritize product features and capabilities based on user needs and business goals
- Drive the product roadmap and ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Work closely with IT teams to develop and deploy solutions that meet user needs and business objectives
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate changes to ensure a seamless user experience
- Serve as the first point of contact for production issues and user support, providing timely and effective resolutions
- Maintain a positive attitude and propose creative solutions to challenges
- Keep management informed of project progress and escalate issues as needed to prevent delays
- Manage high-profile projects, including planning, scheduling, controlling, and closing
- Review and interpret data to identify errors and recognize trends
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects for business processes and tools
- Partner with teams across geographic locations with varying priorities
- Clarify and drive project commitments, establishing and maintaining clear chains of accountability
- Conduct training and outreach to stakeholders
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of experience in owning and driving technology roadmap and product strategy
- 3+ years of experience gathering and evaluating end user requirements to design application integration solutions
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field
- 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience working within a cross-functional organizational environment
- 3+ years of experience working with offshore IT teams
- Familiarity with in-house developed tools, their development lifecycle, and sales processes
- Experience managing work items in Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with Salesforce, .NET, M365 and GenAI capabilities
Typical Education/Experience:
Experienced (Level 3)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Senior (Level 4)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for experienced level: $90,950 - $123,050
Summary pay range for senior level: $115,600 - $156,400
