What does a successful Finance Manager do at Fiserv?
The Finance Manager will be instrumental in shaping our immediate financial success while also steering the long-term strategic vision of the Issuer Solutions organization. Collaborating closely with business leaders, you will foster profitable growth through comprehensive financial planning, insightful analysis, sophisticated modeling, and transparent reporting. The ideal candidate will seamlessly integrate into the business team, becoming an essential player in our journey toward excellence.
What you will do:
- Lead the month-end financial close and outlook, annual operating plan, and strategic long-range plan activities.
- Deliver financial planning and reporting results accurately and timely, including variance analysis, statistical evaluation, and performance commentary.
- Leverage account level analytical data and develop reporting/dashboards and other data driven value-added insights to complement P&L projections and drive business results.
- Present findings to senior leaders through succinct and meaningful communication to facilitate decision making.
- Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives to drive better efficiency/performance.
What you will need to have:
- 7+ years of applicable finance experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
What will be great to have:
- Experience with SAP preferred.
