What does a successful Hardware Certification Manager do at Fiserv?
Join our team and play a key role in launching the next generation of Clover POS devices! As a Hardware Project Manager specializing in certification, you’ll ensure our products meet critical industry standards like EMVco, PCI/PTS, and TQM. You’ll work with teams across the globe to keep projects on track, solve challenges, and bring secure, high-quality payment devices to market.
What you will do:
- Manage certification projects for EMVco, PCI/PTS, TQM, and other standards, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate and host audit events, collaborating with both internal and external auditors.
- Track and document all bill of materials (BOM) changes to maintain compliance and accuracy.
- Partner with manufacturers to resolve missing information or data discrepancies.
- Proactively identify and address certification issues, including audit findings and open items.
- Adapt quickly to shifting project goals, timelines, and requirements.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably Electrical Engineering) or equivalent combination of experience, education and military.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in hardware certification, project management, EMVco/TQM/PTS/PCI, or similar fields.
- Strong understanding of payment devices or similar hardware devices and Hardware launch processes.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Sharp attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
