Hardware Supply Chain Project ManagerWhat does a successful Hardware Supply Chain Project Manager do at Fiserv?
Join our team as a Hardware Supply Chain Project Manager and help us expand our footprint to new countries and provide business insights by crunching data from various perspectives, such as supply chain, forecasting and planning, logistics operations function, etc. In this role, you’ll collaborate with different teams in various countries to create effective business plans. You should also have experience in project management, as well as great leadership and communication ability. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for new hardware product development and cross-functional teamwork, this is the role for you!
What you will do:
- Monitor demand and supply for new country markets at both system level and component level to ensure there is no shortage.
- Coordinate the engineering change requests with the engineering team in order to ensure the new material cut-in date aligns with expectations.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance reports to provide actionable business insights.
- Identify cost-effective solutions to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Support hardware launches to other countries by working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Quickly address and resolve supply chain disruptions, such as delivery delays or logistics issues.
- Adapt to shifting goals, schedules, and project needs with a proactive mindset.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience, education, or military background.
- 5+ years of experience in hardware, project management, supply chain, or planning.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, new hardware product development, and manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven organizational and project management abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Knowledge of reverse logistics, RMA (return merchandise authorization) processes, and hardware repair.
What would be great to have:
- Bachelors Degree, Masters or MBA.

Salary Range
$83,400.00 - $143,000.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
