What you will do:
- Manage and prioritize requests from merchants, partners, certification labs, and internal teams, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including asset flows, key schedules, and implementation details.
- Participate in status meetings, contribute to timeline planning, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Explain Clover’s implementation details clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Assess the compliance impact of proposed changes and new features against PCI PTS and P2PE standards.
- Support audits and guide teams through the certification process to ensure compliance.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent combination of experience, education, and military.
- 5 Years of experience in Technical Program Management.
- Experience in PCI PTS/P2PE/PIN standards and payment transaction flows is required.
- Experience with source control tools and markup languages for versioning technical documents (e.g., Git, DocBook, Lucidchart).
- Proficiency in authoring and updating documents using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or LibreOffice.
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to discuss technical matters effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain internally consistent documentation.
What would be great to have:
- Experience with successful audits or certifications in the PCI PTS/P2PE space.
- Understanding of cryptography and mathematics used in payment terminal security.
- Ability to explain compliance options in business terms to help stakeholders make informed decisions.
- Willingness to accommodate calls across multiple time zones while maintaining office presence.
