Description: You will be the Software Quality Engineer for the Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) team. Our team is responsible for pioneering high-performance air and missile defense, air-to-air, precision fires, close combat, sustainment, sensors, strike system, and energy storage solutions to support our warfighting and civilian customers.

Basic Qualifications:
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
• STEM degree at the bachelor level or above preferably in one of the following disciplines: Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Experience in system/software dependencies, process flow and development methodologies
• Occasional travel is required to support program activities
Desired Skills:
• Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt)
• Root Cause Analysis methodologies and development of Corrective Action Plans
• Knowledge of Industry recognized Quality Systems / Models such as Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI), QMS System Audit (AS9100, ISO9001)
• Experience interfacing with Government customers and stakeholders

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
