Description: You will be the Project Manager for the Global Supply Chain leadership staff, Air Dominance and Strike Weapons, reporting to the Director of Global Supply Chain. Our team manages the procurement of critical components and parts, delivering capability to customers.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Project Manager, you will drive day-to-day operations, facilitate communications, and improve strategic planning. You will provide essential support to the leadership team, managing operations, and ensuring timely closure of goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Collaborating with the GSC leadership team on travel requests, budget, and manpower planning
• Developing and coordinating functional requests, such as data collections and supplier impact inquiries
• Leading and participating in strategic planning, project execution, and related initiatives
• Partnering with support staff to achieve objectives
• Coordinating quarterly performance meetings and ensuring incorporation of PET upskilling

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
