Description:You will be the Contracts Management Associate for the Missiles and Fire Control team located on-site greater than 50% of the time in Grand Prairie, TX. Our team is responsible for supporting Munition Production Programs, managing contracts from capture through proposal, contract award, and administration, to ensure the delivery of supplies and services.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Contracts Management Associate, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of contracts management functions, from contract solicitations and negotiations to contract administration and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing business advice and guidance to various functions, including program management, finance, and legal
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to manage contracts and resolve contractual issues
• Ensuring contractual compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
• Leading and supporting audits to verify compliance
• Collecting and compiling contractual data for reporting purposes

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be detail oriented and able to work in a virtual and non-virtual team environment; Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent presentation skills, strong analytical abilities, and be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to establish effective working relationships and communications with all internal and external customers and possess some business acumen
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience in the USG contract life cycle including proposals, negotiations, administration, and close-out
- Prior experience administering Government Contract types
- Electronic Contracting Environment (ECE) experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
