The 1LMX Sustainment ERP team is hiring a talented Product Orchestrator/Agile Release Train Engineer to support one our largest transformation projects.
What You Will Be Doing:
In this role, you will function as a servant leader and coach responsible for facilitating release train events and helping the release train deliver value to the organization. You will facilitate communication among the release train, portfolio, and program managers and teams. You will coordinate cross-team planning and execution, embrace and encourage the adoption of lean-agile principles and values, and help teams continuously improve. Additionally, you will also key in the agile transformation and help to coach leaders and teams. Key responsibilities will include the following:
• Working and collaborating with the Program Management Office (PMO), Solution Train, and peer RTEs
• Providing oversight to teams by identifying and resolving bottlenecks across the entire solution
• Championing change for Agile Transformation
• Providing coaching to result in decentralized decision-making, alignment, and coordination for the Solution Train
• Ensuring that the program is outcome driven
• Monitoring the solution health via appropriate metrics
• Facilitating large solution-level events
• Supporting PI Planning Events
• Coordinating Product and Solution Delivery
• Ensuring continuous process improvement cadences are value-driven for the solution

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Solution Train Engineer (STE)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
• Agile Transformation coaching experience
• Intermediate to advanced Jira Experience
• Demonstrated self-starter who can take initiative and work independently with minimal direction and oversight
• Strong collaboration and effective communications skills
• Demonstrated acumen working in a virtual organization
• US citizenship required due to system access
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Desired Skills:
• SAFe Certification
• PMP Certification
• Experience with a Portfolio or Full SAFe Configuration Transformation
• Experience with Jira plugins such as Structure and Agile Hive
• Experience working with engineers and product managers
• Experience as a Product Orchestrator
• Practical experience coordinating mission-critical products within a scaled engineering environment
• Ability to manage program level risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions and help remove impediments
• Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
• Has the ability to think on their feet; can quickly analyze a situation, guide the conversation, and organize the team around a solution
• Creates an environment of mutual influence
• Demonstrated leadership, influencing skills, and relationship management expertise
• Experience in Aerospace or Defense
• Proven and in-depth understanding of agile development and continuous deployment practices
• Comfortable presenting to all levels (teams to leadership); uses tools and techniques to keep the participants interested and engaged

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $120,100 - $208,150. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
