Description:WHAT WE'RE DOINGAt Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin company, we build the toughest helicopters in the world. The CRH/53K aircraft is an advanced heavy-lift helicopter designed to meet the evolving needs of the U.S. military. Final assembly is a critical stage in bringing these aircraft to life.
THE WORKAs the CRH/53K Final Assembly Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating the building sequence of multiple aircraft and managing the daily operations of a represented workforce. You will ensure production targets are met while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This role requires a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of aircraft assembly processes and workforce management.

Basic Qualifications:Must be self-motivated, able to function autonomously, well-organized, detail oriented and efficient under pressure; Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, team building and problem solving skills; Solid technical and customer interface skills required Additional Comments: Successful applicant must be willing to work off-shifts and overtime as required.
Previous experience in manufacturing
3+ years of relevant experience
Desired Skills:Advanced abilities with Microsoft Office products, SAP, Solumina
Familiarity with aerospace industry preferred.
Previous Sikorsky experience
Experience leading in a union environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
