Job Description
Fandango is seeking a talented and passionate Manager, B2B Operations to join our Fandango at Home team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact in the rapidly evolving digital streaming industry. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital streaming, post-production, or television content operations, with expertise in content workflows, industry standards, and client management. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at troubleshooting, and collaborate seamlessly with both internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth content operations.
Job Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients in the TVOD, AVOD, and PPV space, ensuring seamless content operations and delivery.
- Oversee the end-to-end content management lifecycle, from ingestion and quality control to distribution and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product, and marketing, to optimize workflows and enhance content performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure content availability, compliance, and adherence to contractual agreements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve content-related technical issues with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adapt to changing scenarios in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong problem-solving and process management skills.
- Lead or contribute to special projects as needed, including process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform requirements, and best practices to refine operations.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital streaming, post-production, or television content operations.
- Proven experience managing B2B client relationships in the entertainment/media industry.
- Strong understanding of TVOD, AVOD, and PPV business models and digital content workflows.
- Client-facing experience, working with internal and external stakeholders under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and project management abilities.
- Deep knowledge of and passion for Film/Television, both current and historical.
Desired Requirements
- Familiarity with industry avail practices (EMA Specs/Content Lifecycles).
- Experience with CMS, metadata management, proprietary DAM systems, and content scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of video encoding, transcoding, and QC processes, with hands-on experience in managing content preparation and delivery.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira/Confluence, Microsoft 365, Smartsheet (including formulas), and SQL-based queries for data tracking and reporting.

- Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
- Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA
- Travel may be required for this position for company or department meetings.
