The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Engineering, Flight Deck Crew Operations team has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Systems Engineer to join our team in Everett, WA. as part of the Boeing Global Trainee Program.
The Boeing Global Trainee Program is an opportunity for selected All Nippon Airways engineers to join Boeing for an 18-month training program.
Position Overview:
As a Systems EngineeringEngineer, your primary responsibility will be to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces. Perform various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture. Perform analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success.
In your role, you will be expected to develop the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes, and resolve cross-functional technical issues.
Position Responsibilities:
Define and coordinate system performance requirements.
Collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.
Apply knowledge of engineering principles, human and vehicle systems requirements, and crew system design analysis and methods to design, develop and test crew systems such as crew stations, ingress/egress, escape systems, seats and restraints, life support systems, transparencies, controls and displays, lighting, crew alerting, equipment installations, secondary structural design, and fluid systems installation.
Work Authorization:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering.
Experience with All Nippon Airways.
5+ years of engineering experience
5+ years of Airline experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and methodologies, including requirements analysis, system design, integration, verification, and validation.

Summary Pay Range:
Experienced Level: $104,550 - $141,450.
