What does a successful Director, Corporate Account Management do?
As the Director, Corporate Account Management, you will lead, monitor, and develop Account Management staff responsible for advancing clients’ knowledge, utilization, and satisfaction with Fiserv products and services. Your team plays a meaningful role in providing seamless, high-quality service and support while thinking and acting strategically to help grow existing client relationships, achieve revenue growth goals, and retain business. This role ensures we deliver top-level customer service for our Enterprise payment processing accounts.
What you will do:
- Proactively communicate problems, issues, and status updates to assigned clients.
- Handle critical requests or complaints to ensure speedy resolution and client satisfaction.
- Develop client relationships through visits and phone calls.
- Analyze client surveys with the Account Executive to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Collaborate with clients and all levels of Fiserv management to facilitate timely and accurate problem resolution.
- Align employees with Client Service goals and implement necessary systems to track progress.
- Establish behavioral, developmental, and results metrics and coach for performance excellence.
- Provide timely and effective recognition and resolve problems as they arise and conduct effective annual performance appraisals.
What you will need to have:
- 4+ years of experience in relationship management or service management-related positions.
- 3+ years of management or supervisory experience.
- 3+ years of experience in payment processing, merchant services, or related environments.
- Ability to travel 30%.
