As the Flight Software Integrator on the Radar Pathfinder Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) Team, you will:
• Manage all software interfaces across the Radar Pathfinder’s vehicle and test/operations architecture, including software for Guidance, Navigation & Control, Bus and Payload Flight Software (FSW), Test Beds and Simulators, and Ground Software

• Coordinate across Mission Operations, Flight SW, and Ground SW teams to ensure software compatibility with mission Concept of Operations (ConOps) and ground architecture

• Provide accountability over the vehicle’s Integrated FSW product, ensuring the FSW performs as required to meet mission objectives

• Provide technical insight and impact assessments/coordination throughout FSW/ConOps development, Command and Telemetry databases development, and integration/test planning and execution activities

• Represent the program during internal FSW trades by communicating progress/issues to leadership and driving technical, cost, and schedule execution throughout development decisions

• Provide review and planning support for all vehicle testing involving FSW

• Support ATLO during systems test execution, to include floor support and troubleshooting of software systems
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with software design, development, test and operations

• Experience with software troubleshooting and test resolution

• Ability to support integration and testing in person on Waterton Campus in Denver, CO

• No clearance required to start. Ability and willingness to be submitted for a TS/SCI clearance on a future contract
Desired Skills:
• Experience ensuring the physical and functional compatibility of hardware/software products throughout the full lifecycle of the program

• Demonstrated behaviors of a systems problem solver; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very sophisticated problems and implement constructive change

• Ability to absorb technical detail and logically formulate solutions for execution on constrained schedule, often requiring integration of conflicting and, at times, incomplete data

• Excellent team work, organizational, and communication skills and be capable of resolving problems across multidisciplinary groups

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
