What does a successful Sales Executive do at Fiserv?
As a Sales Executive at Fiserv, you will consult and position a suite of business solutions to community financial institutions' priority clients, developing strategic sales plans based on company goals to promote sales growth and customer satisfaction. You will drive financial institution partnerships in the Northeastern states through creative business development strategies proven over many years within our organization. Your role will involve helping clients achieve their goals by providing innovative solutions that align with their needs and our offerings.
What you will do:
- Drive new account sales to regional merchant chains or community banks with medium to long sales cycles.
- Accurately manage, track, and precisely forecast revenue opportunities in a customer relationship management system, maintaining CRM discipline.
- Conduct needs assessments at various levels and within multiple customer groups (technical, line of business, executive).
- Meet and exceed assigned sales revenue quota.
What you will need to have:
- 6+ years of sales experience in enterprise-level business-to-business sales.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
What would be great to have:
- Proven success in carrying and exceeding a quota.
- Experience working with Community Financial Institutions and
- payments industry.
- Experience selling financial or technology products.
- Experience communicating with C-suite level executives.
Important info about this role:
- Must be able to travel up to 70% of the time.
