What you will do:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract and retain SMB clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, continually improving processes.
- Engage with prospective clients through various channels to present Fiserv’s solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance our service offerings.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Report on sales activities and performance to senior management.
What you will need to have:
- 8+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
- 8+ years of experience in the SMB market segment.
- 8+ years of experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate with different levels of stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial and innovative, with the desire and capability to identify opportunities and develop new or alternative propositions for clients
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven while being open to assume responsibilities by stepping up

- 5+ years of experience in using CRM software such as Salesforce.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
