As a Corrective Action Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of C-130 aircraft production. You will be responsible for managing non-conformance and corrective action processes, working closely with production teams, engineers, and quality control specialists to identify and implement solutions that drive continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the Non-Conformance Feedback System (NFS) and Corrective Action Reports (CAR) to ensure timely and effective resolution of non-conformities.
• Engaging with all build areas and the flight line to triage NFS items, coordinate root-cause analysis, and develop corrective actions.
• Collaborating with production staff, engineers, and quality control teams to drive process improvements and enhance product quality.
• Ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Providing regular updates and recommendations to leadership regarding quality control issues, trends, and process enhancements.

Who You Are
• Familiar with C-130 production processes
• Experienced in using Lockheed Martin systems such as SFM, QADS, PCAMS
• A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, comfortable facilitating training in both classroom and shop environments.
• Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in all aspects of work.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience conducting root-cause analysis &/or developing corrective actions.
• Experience collaborating across multiple departments to drive resolution of quality issues.
• Experience working in an aerospace or manufacturing environment.
Desired Skills:
- Experience managing Non-Conformance Feedback Systems (NFS) and Corrective Action Reports (CAR).
- Ability to handle a large amount of responsibility and autonomy with demonstrated effective development of plans and execution of assignments.
- Demonstrated Presentation skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build consensus, shape/influence opinions.
- Ability to think and act strategically.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
