Our program has an immediate opportunity for an
early to mid-career level Program Planner III to join our mission on CPS supporting the WSI contract. As our Program Planner, you will provide functional assistance for the support of program execution planning activities. To be successful, you must have a strong background in program planning as it relates to the development and management of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and its alignment with industry standards for program performance management compliance.
Summary of Key Duties: In this role you will….• Serve as the responsible Planner for a specific IPT on the program
• Develop, manage, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in order to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely manner
• Ensure established program baseline control processes are followed and oversee business rhythms
required to accomplish program control, analyses and forecasting goals
• Use critical path methodology, risk analysis, and problem resolution to mitigate delays/issues that
arise, communicate schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable program partners
• Synchronize cost/schedule integration in support of Earned Value requirements and generate schedule metrics and reports related to the implementation of the Program
• Schedule presentations which may include Program Management, Executive Management, or Customer Stakeholders
• Establish and conduct data and process quality assessments of planning products and prepare for
surveillance reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management
• Develop recovery plans to ensure program milestones are completed in accordance with the contract requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to maintain and coordinate vertical and horizontal schedule integration between supplemental schedules, the IMS, and the Program Summary Master Schedule.
• Producing and Delivering IPMR CDRLs (Integrated Program Management Report and Contract Deliverable Requirements List)
Our level 3 employees typically have 5 - 10 years of experience. Although this position does support some teleworking, the selected candidate will be located near our Englewood facility and be expected to work in the office as needed and as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelors degree from an accredited college
• Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology.
• Experience with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a Secret government security clearance
Desired Skills:• Active Secret security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline
• 5+ years of program planning experience
• Advanced skills with MS Project
• Strong influencing and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Experience with Schedule Risk Assessments (Monte Carlo simulations)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
