The Data-Driven Communications (DDC) team oversees four successful programs to achieve Schwab’s marketing goals: Marketing Automation, Lead Management, Connected Experiences, and Marketing Data Management, each of which supports several lines of business across the firm, including both Retail and Institutional. Each program provides multiple capabilities such as Lead Capture, Campaign Enablement, Preference Management, and Data Mapping. DDC also manages several platforms that deliver these programs, all with the primary aim of enabling customer connections and providing effective solutions built on data, technology, and team expertise.
