As a Sales Support Specialist, you will enjoy a team dynamic while working through requests on your own and multi-tasking. This position is the cornerstone for getting leads to the sales team in the quickest yet most accurate way possible. What you will do:
- Analyze competitor processing statements while employing your math skills and Excel skills.
- Effectively communicate and engage customers via phone and email.
- Coordinate multiple priorities in a timely manner.
- On the fly problem solver in processing phone calls and email requests.
What you will need to have:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service role.
- Experience in MS office; Excel, Word and Outlook.
- High School Diploma.
- Excellent time management, detail oriented.
- Strong sense of urgency, ability to drive high level of autonomy, initiative, collaboration, and reliability.
What would be great to have:
- Proficient in Mathematics.
- Great interpersonal communication, comfortable talking with all levels of management.
- Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
