Description:This is a two-year Rotational Leadership Development assignment supporting Aeronautics. The selected candidate will be inducted into a Business Leadership Program (BLP).
Work within the LM Corporate Ethics Program guidelines to support Ethics program in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, orders, rules, regulations and ordinances; Lockheed Martin policies and procedures, and the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
Administer the Ethics Help Line and related activities to provide employees a confidential avenue to express ethics concerns, make inquiries, and report misconduct.
Maintain Case Organizational Management Enterprise Tool (COMET) database to include providing search results and reports to management.
Assist in Ethics Office functions and initiatives: annual Ethics Awareness Training, Business Conduct Compliance Training, Employee Surveys and distribution of Code of Conduct to include tracking completions.
Assist in the development of metrics on a monthly/quarterly basis; analyzing employee misconduct trends in order to help design and implement remedial actions.
Initiate and deliver internal Aeronautics and external Community Outreach/engagement activities.
Support Aeronautics Ethics and Business Conduct Steering Committee meetings.
Assist with the development of the Aeronautics Ethics Communication Plan and other Ethics messages utilizing Ethics Teams Channels, Ethics Website and other communication and awareness initiatives and best practices.
Present periodic reports and assessments of the ethics program to Aeronautics leadership through written communications, oral presentations and/or other appropriate methods.
Attend annual Ethics Officer conference sponsored by the LM Corporate Ethics & Business Conduct organization.
Perform other duties and additional responsibilities as assigned including annual ethics initiatives generated from the LM Corporate Ethics & Business Conduct organization.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
