What does a successful Product Manager do at Fiserv? A successful Product Manager at Fiserv is a visionary leader who is passionate about bringing innovative financial solutions to life. As the Pay by Bank Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing the roadmap for our flagship Pay by Bank product, a non-card based DDA ‘payment on file’ solution and wallet platform. Your efforts will ensure alignment with sales, technology, operations, partners, and clients to maximize revenue and client satisfaction by creating impactful and user-friendly experiences.

What you will do:

Track market, consumer, and industry trends and competition.
Assess opportunities for future strategy and roadmap or partnership.
Build business cases for new features and products.
Engage with customers to understand their needs, wants, challenges, and behaviors.
Collaborate with engineering, sales, operations, and leadership teams to define, prioritize, and maintain your roadmap.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market strategy.
Analyze customer feedback and user data to continually improve your products and your customers’ experience.
Be the expert on pricing, profitability, and performance of your products, including defining and tracking KPIs.

What you will need to have:

6+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, sales engineering, consulting, or similar roles.
Experience successfully launching and scaling products, services, or platforms.
Proven experience generating and utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities for a product.
Experience in supporting third-party integrations.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
