What You Will Do:
- Lead and support an intricate portfolio of products across GBS product areas
- Grasp swiftly the realm of enterprise payment industry
- Comprehend product strategy, technical roadmaps, and associated components to facilitate product commercialization
- Multitask efficiently, transitioning from one project to the next while retaining contextual detail
- Determine the effects of technical changes and product functionality on our clients, translating these impacts into clear, direct communication
- Understand target operating models and the cross-section of product with customer service, marketing, legal, and other functions
- Drive consensus among leadership teams, providing program and working level detail to all stakeholders
- Deliver executive-level reporting, collating complex concepts across diverse business lines into key messages
- Adapt to working across time zones and geographies, and be ready for varying program needs
- Create weekly plans and decks, drive governance meetings, and visualize opaque concepts/ideas
- Identify and track KPIs and key results
- Standardize practices to promote repeatability and efficiency

What You Will Need To Have:
- 3+ years in product management, strategy, operations, or product delivery

- Proven ability to work within an ambiguity setting, with excellent problem-solving skills
