Description:You will be the Technician Prod Test Senior for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control team. Our team is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues on various hardware systems, including missile guidance sets, military vehicles, and launch containers.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Technician Prod Test Senior, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians to test and troubleshoot complex hardware systems, identifying and documenting test failures, and collaborating with engineering groups to resolve issues.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Testing and troubleshooting hardware systems, including missile guidance sets and military vehicles
-Using computerized test stations and handheld instruments to diagnose and resolve issues
-Collaborating with Production Engineering and local engineering groups to determine causes of test failures
-Interfacing with the US Government customer to provide updates and resolve issues
-Maintaining test equipment and using hand tools to install components and mate electronic contacts and cables

Basic Qualifications:• High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional specialized technical training equivalent to a technical Associate degree and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned technical/para-engineering tasks and 1 Year of experience.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance is required for this position.
Desired Skills:• Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues using a standard digital multimeter (DMM)
• Familiarity with advanced test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital power supplies, signal generators, digital multimeters
• Familiarity with mate/demate of electrical contacts and connectors
• Familiarity with Electrostatic Discharge and ESD mitigation principles
• Familiarity working in a “teaming” environment
• Good communication skills, including interface with USG Customer
• Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9000 systems a plus
• Basic blueprint reading / understanding of schematics a plus
• Previous experience using automated test equipment a plus
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite a plus

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
