The role and primary responsibility of the Strategic Alliances Coordinator is to support the Strategic Alliance department in the organization, tracking, scheduling, and timely delivery of select alliance engagements and requests originating from DreamWorks Animation and DreamWorks’ technology partners. In addition, the Strategic Alliances Coordinator will provide logistical and administrative support in service of department operations, as well as assist in communicating the history, culture, franchise properties, industry innovations and corporate strategy of DreamWorks Animation to local and global audiences, and partners.

Job Description
“What would you say you do here?”
Provide general service-level support across multiple active strategic partnerships
Conduct clear and consistent communication with Strategic Alliances Managers and Supervisors to identify status updates and vital action steps for projects across all DreamWorks strategic partnerships
Maintain and continuously improve departmental and partnership engagement activity tracker database
Run weekly department sync and other select meetings
Maintain and distribute all department engagement calendars
Generate quarterly & annual alliance project reports
Assist logistics for select onsite, offsite and virtual executive events
Assist with the organization of onsite and offsite partner screenings
Assist in the asset gathering, edit and review process for select partnership communications materials
Organize technology showcase preparation and day-of logistics, including scheduling, reservation of studio resources, confirming attendee lists, securing attendee NDAs and creation of executive agenda
Lead select studio tours that communicate the history, culture, franchise properties and innovations of DreamWorks and its affiliates when needed
Schedule, confirm logistics and secure talent for partnership photo shoots and video productions
Assist in gathering and packaging select studio-related consumer products for partnership engagements
Provide logistical support for corporate meetings, promotional partner activities, and on-campus receptions
Research relevant industry articles pertaining to Strategic Alliances, DreamWorks, active and prospective technology partners
Administer access, security and condition of Strategic Alliances-managed facilities
Effectively work with Strategic Alliance team, technology and studio executives, NBCUniversal and partner representatives across all business units
Qualifications
“What do I need to have in order to do this job?”
2+ years of administrative experience in a corporate setting
Mastery of organizational skills and ability to multitask
Mastery of the English language with crisp, clear verbal communication skills in-person and across phone and video platforms
Proficiency of software applications including: Air Table, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Google & Microsoft suites

Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Business Administration preferred
Heightened attention to detail in verbal, non-verbal, written and in-person communication and collaboration
Polished executive-level communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $55,000 - $58,000
