Job Description

The Go-to-Market (GTM) UK & Ireland team is responsible for the development of SMB merchant and SMB distribution partner proposition, ensuring relevant proposition is delivered to its target market, through the most effective distribution channels, leveraging all available communication and engagement tools.

Our 2-year graduate program (undergraduate) will give you the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business and you will complete three rotations of 8 months:

  • Rotation 1: Direct Marketing
  • Rotation 2: Partner Marketing
  • Rotation 3: Go to Market

Responsibilities for the role

  • Support the go-to-market team in the planning and execution of activities and project with an emphasis on marketing support.
  • Support planning, campaign development and launches of solution, product and proposition.
  • Support on the development of defining approaches and positioning that emphasizes business value and connects with target audiences throughout their journey.
  • Collaborating with various functions of the business, utilizing data and insights to create and improve strategies that drive traffic to our content, optimizing marketing funnels
  • Support with event planning.
  • Monitoring the competitive landscape

Basic qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (ideally but not mandatory in the following fields) administration, marketing, CIM or English with a target completion date of May 2024/2025
  • Ability to start graduate program on 1 Sept 2025
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative with excellent interpersonal skills

Location: London, Old Broad Street (3 days office and 2 days home)

Contract: Fixed Term Employment Contract 2 years.
