We are looking for a talented and experienced Cloud Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative data architecture solutions that empower our organization to make informed, data-driven decisions. As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to thoroughly understand business requirements, translating them into detailed designs. You will then create highly scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions tailored to address specific business challenges. This role demands a deep understanding of cloud technologies, particularly AWS, along with a proven track record in developing repeatable and reusable architectural frameworks. Position Responsibilities:
•    Execute the strategy to build highly reliable and scalable data and analytics platforms to ensure the business requirements are met
•    Create and implement repeatable and reusable frameworks for delivering Data and AI solutions
•    Establish architecture best practices, along with comprehensive standards and guidelines, to ensure adherence across the organization
•    Design and implement Self-Service frameworks that empower business units to develop solutions in compliance with enterprise standards, promoting autonomy and innovation
•    Develop Cloud economics frameworks that effectively monitor and analyze cloud costs at every level, driving informed financial decision-making
•    Experience in consolidating legacy platforms into a single platform for achieving single source of truth
•    Experience with large scale implementations with focus on Organizational change management and reducing Technology Debt
•    Conduct hands-on Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to address critical capability needs, facilitating effective decision-making processes
•    Own all communication and collaboration channels pertaining to assigned projects, including regular stakeholder review meetings and cross team alignments
•    Demonstrated ability to establish working relationship with vendors (Technology and Consulting), Partners and cross teams and holding them accountable
•    Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Cloud and Data architecture tools and technologies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 
•    Bachelor’s degree or higher as BASIC QUALIFICATION
•    10+ Years of experience with Data Warehousing, Databases and Data Modelling technologies and services
•    5+ Years of manufacturing domain experience preferably in SAP
•    5+ Years of hand-on experience working on AWS Data and Analytics tool stack (S3, Glue, Athena, Lake Formation, EMR, Redshift, Kinesis, Open Search and others) to build repeatable and reusable frameworks for building Data and AI Solutions
•    5+ Years of Experience in Data Warehouses, Data Lakes and Data Modelling techniques
•    5+ Years of coding experience with Python, Spark, R, SQL or other equivalent programming languages etc.
•    3+ Years of experience implementing Data quality and observability solutions across the enterprise
•    3+ Years of experience implementing Near Real time and Streaming IoT solutions
•    3+ years of experience in application integration, APIs and Microservices
•    3+ years of experience in Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning and GenAI
•    Experience working on Agile projects and Agile methodology in general
•    Excellent problem solving, communications, interpersonal and leadership skills
•    Exceptional presentation, visualization, and analysis skills
•    Ability to understand and comprehend complex environments and systems
•    Inquisitive by nature and keen to figure out how things work 

Education/experience:
•    Bachelor's degree or Master's degree with typically 10+ years' related work experience
