Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking an F-15 Quality Manager to support the Total Quality team in Berkeley, MO! This F-15 Quality Manager will be responsible for a team of hourly/CBU population and Quality Engineers and drive F-15 Program strategy and initiative.
Position Responsibilities:
- This role supervises, leads, and coaches a multi-disciplined team of Quality Operations personnel (CBU) employees and Quality Engineers in the oversight of product and process integrity for system production
- Effectively interfaces and communicates with employees, peers, production operations, integrated product teams, and external customers (DCMA) to ensure products, services and processes comply with engineering / contractual requirements, company procedures, and government regulations
- Actively manages Flight and Assembly Inspectors and assures process effectiveness of Manufacturing Self Examination / Operator Verification (MSE/OV)
- Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) / Production Support Teams (PST’s) to ensure Quality Engineering’s timely corrective / preventive action initiation and execution
- Develops and ensures the execution of organizational business goals and objectives, strategies and tactics
- Actively participates in NQA/ISO audits, corrective action boards, consolidated safety council, employee health and safety assessments, lean manufacturing assessments, process improvements, and procedural assessments
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher, Engineering or STEM background highly preferred
- Experience leading or managing projects or cross-functional teams
- Experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience leading or managing a technical team
- Experience with Boeing processes and procedures
- Aircraft assembly or inspection experience
- Active U.S. Security Clearance

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $110,500 – $149,500
