What does a great Partner Associate do at Fiserv?
As a Partner Associate, you will optimize revenue growth in the ISV Channel. This will include strategic collaboration with ISV from onboarding to relationship management, such as introducing and facilitating Fiserv processes and procedures, creating and implementing joint market strategies, publishing promotional programs, driving success of product/VAS launches.
What you will do:
- Promote marketing strategies to increase revenue from assigned portfolio (Tier 3 Partners).
- Educate partners on product enhancements and industry progress.
- Support partners on merchant service, revenue growth and marketing.
- Act as internal liaison and champion for partners.
- Promote and implement internal procedures that support external partnership.
What you will need to have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
- Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Salesforce.
- Ability to think proactively with creativity and opportunistically.
- Able to comprehend the value of internal cohesion and team concepts.
- Strong command of interpersonal interaction, including excellent written and oral communication skills.
- 2–4-year degree preferred.
