What does a successful Manager Professional Services - DNA Implementations do?
A successful Manager Professional Services - DNA Implementations at Fiserv works within a dynamic team of DNA Implementation and Professional Services Consultants. You will ensure the integrity and quality of various Profession Services engagements related to mergers, client moves, and core DNA conversions in the fast-changing core banking system world. You will lead your team to resolve issues efficiently while supporting the DNA product suite and its downstream impacts.
What you will do:
- Identify, research, and analyze business requirements to meet client needs and honor Fiserv's contractual obligations and timelines.
- Collaborate with clients and internal departments to address and resolve business problems and issues.
- Work with external vendors and internal teams to communicate requirements and ensure timely, high-quality solutions.
- Drive the delivery of projects to clients and internal organizations, ensuring testing completion and user documentation approval.
- Serve as an SME for DNA product knowledge and its modules, supporting client migrations, mergers, and installs.
- Oversee team performance, establish behavioral metrics, and provide developmental opportunities.
- Manage and escalate issues while ensuring systems-related activities are completed within agreed timescales.
- Translate company and department objectives into clear workgroup and performance plans, monitoring progress toward goals.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 6+ years of experience in the financial services or technology-related industries.
- 6+ years of experience managing business consulting or project implementation teams.
- 4+ years of experience in strategic planning and resource allocation.
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles.
What would be great to have:
- 5+ years of in-depth knowledge of the DNA Core Processing System.
- 6+ years of experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years of experience handling large-scale financial services technology projects.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
- Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
