The Ollivander team is looking for a Systems Engineer to support the Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) activities across a diverse IDIQ Task Order Portfolio, developing innovative cloud-based solutions for our customers. You will be responsible for the integration of end-to-end mission capabilities being built on the Ollivander Task Orders. You will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and mission partners to ensure requirements and dependencies are met resulting in end-to-end system closure.
You'll be part of the SEIT Agile team, supporting the Ollivander IDIQ. In this role you will:
• Have ownership of artifacts & CDRLs such as Conops, requirements, architecture documents, system design, RVTM, test plans/procedures, etc. with the responsibility to identify potential holes and proactively work with the customer and stakeholders to close
• Be responsible for the integration of end to end mission capabilities being built on Ollivander task orders.
• Participate as a member of an Agile team and review Feature Acceptance Criteria and incorporate into Zephyr
• Contribute to the creation, enhancement and review of automated regression tests and ensure test design
• Support the design of performance and enterprise level testing
• Be responsible for coordinating and conducting informal testing with mission partners prior to enterprise test and system testing activities

Basic Qualifications:• Experience with creating/maintaining Systems Engineering artifacts such as architecture diagrams, ICDs, design documents, systems flows, etc.
• Experience working and collaborating in a team environment
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and Agile based tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, etc)
• A TS/SCI Clearance will be required prior to start for this role.
Desired Skills:• Experience interfacing with the customer
• Experience with discovery, resolution, and development of plans to mitigate potential issues and meet milestones/deliverables
• Cloud Architecture Design
• Experience with generating ROM/ECP/Proposal responses

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
