Description:Items Analyst SeniorLocation: Fort Worth TXWhat You Will Be DoingAre you ready to take on a dynamic and impactful role within Lockheed Martin's F-35 Item Management team? As an Items Analyst Senior (Level 3), you will serve as the voice of Supply, collaborating across Supply Operations and Logistics to drive critical initiatives to success. Your expertise will be instrumental in building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Lockheed Martin team, the Government Project Office (JSFPO), Suppliers/Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Warehousing/Transportation providers, and F-35 Customers.
This role offers the opportunity to work with minimal oversight, providing the autonomy to make meaningful contributions while demonstrating persistence and problem-solving skills to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage key initiatives within the F-35 Item Management team, ensuring timely execution and resolution of supply-related challenges.
- Oversee project management and prioritization of systemic action items raised to the repair cell, ensuring escalated issues are effectively addressed.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across teams, integrating with project engineering and supply chain functions to optimize efficiency and performance.
- Identify and escalate key inhibitors (ANDON issues) to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), ensuring visibility and resolution of critical supply chain challenges.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.Basic Qualifications:• Previous Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and/or Inventory Control experience.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Previous experience with managing multiple projects or responsibilities, with changes in schedules, working toward project or customer milestones, etc.
Desired Skills:• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Firsthand experience with F-35 aircraft, platform, supply, or field experience.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Greenbelt Certification and RCCA Experience.
• Understanding of how Supply Metrics (examples: MICAP Hours, GIE) contribute to Air Vehicle Metrics (examples: MC, FMC).
• Experience with Agile processes and tools is highly desired.
• PBL Contracting and/or Measurement Experience.
• Customer Service/Customer Relationship Management Experience desired.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
