What does a successful Finance Manager do at Fiserv?
An ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise and insight into merchant finance and accounting, supporting the relationship between Fiserv and our client. With a keen analytical eye, they will delve into financial results and the underlying business drivers, ensuring accuracy, identifying patterns and uncovering business insights. Their findings will not only inform strategies but also illuminate opportunities for process enhancement, ensuring that both Fiserv and its clients stay ahead in an ever-evolving landscape.
What you will do:
- Analyze various financial reports, prepare variance analysis as needed and identify key trends.
- Create a portfolio of informative, relevant and analytical reports for the client’s business.
- Be a trusted partner between the client and Fiserv Finance and Accounting teams.
- Function as a liaison between the client and the wider Fiserv functions and teams.
- Lead investigations and resolve questions from the client regarding the financial results and all associated processes and data flows.
- Review existing processes and recommend opportunities for improvement.
- Educate the client team on all aspects of relevant financial processes and data flows.
What you will need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field and/or equivalent military experience
What will be great to have:
- 4+ years of experience merchant payment processing
- 4+ years of experience working in a global matrixed organization with multiple reporting lines.
- 4+ years of experience with SAP S4 accounting systems.
- 4+ years of experience with large data warehouse such as Palantir or Foundry.
