What does a successful Client Service Analyst do?As a Client Service Analyst at Fiserv, you will play a crucial role in supporting our merchants, agents, and internal Fiserv team members. You will handle support tickets, emails, and phone calls, ensuring account accuracy and delivering exceptional service. This role involves data entry, research, and quality control, alongside learning about the processing industry.
What you will do:
- Assist merchants, agents, and internal team members with inquiries via support tickets, emails, and phone calls.
- Complete account updates on merchant accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Use analytical thinking to research and identify the root cause of merchant account issues.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with external merchants and internal agents daily.
- Meet or exceed daily support inquiry goals through tickets, phone calls, and emails.
- Prioritize and pivot focus to assist in the most pressing areas and time-sensitive needs.
- Collaborate with fellow team members and other internal Fiserv teams to ensure seamless support.
What you will need to have:
- High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in customer service.
- 2 years of experience with workforce tasks.
- Experience with Windows PC and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- 2 years of experience in internet research and analytical thinking.
What would be great to have:
- 2 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Certification in customer service management.
- Experience in financial services or processing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
