As a Sales Learning & Development Specialist you are an integral part of our Talent Development team, focusing on the design and delivery of rich eLearning curricula intended to facilitate Fiserv revenue in a way that captures the engagement and curiosity of our sales learners. You will report to VP, Global Learning and track, monitor and report on key learning metrics including overall usage, application of new knowledge and ability to apply in role to senior leader stakeholders and is a critical part of the prioritization of sales learning investments.
This position will report to the VP, Global Learning.
What you will do:
- Partner with instructional designers and subject matter experts to create engaging sales training eLearning via Articulate or similar application; leverage adult learning principles to ensure high-quality impact through engaging content flow and use of creative tools such as gamification, use cases, and a variety of interactive activities.
- Manage eLearning offerings through Fiserv's Learning Management System (LMS), posting new collateral and sunsetting outdated content.
- Maintain the day-to-day management and optimization of the Fiserv Learning Management System (LMS) as it pertains to sales training, including oversight of the user experience, technical support, troubleshooting and responding to user inquiries to resolve problems promptly; generate reports on learner progress, engagement, and course effectiveness.
- Organize all sales training content to facilitate product learning.
- Support internal project management processes (e.g., updating the team’s project management tracker) and other team deliverables (e.g., virtual and in-person learning program design, special projects, and business driven ad hoc requests).
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline and or military experience.
- 4+ years of related experience in applicable field.
- eLearning design experience via Articulate and or related tools.
- Experience with MS Office including experience with VLOOKUP and pivot charts in Excel.
