The WorkAs a Network Team Lead, the successful candidate will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of engineering activities for the development of assigned technical capabilities within the C2BMC Network Enterprise. This will involve creating and presenting key performance indicators (KPIs), managing risk mitigation, and ensuring compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and customer requirements. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Development Engineers and Release Train Engineers, to drive the use of best practices and Agile processes, and will be responsible for managing the technical cost, and schedule performance of the capability. Additionally, they will provide regular status updates, participate in Agile ceremonies, and maintain open communication with program and engineering management, all while achieving long-term goals with limited oversight.

- This position is based at a Lockheed Martin facility in Colorado Springs, CO. The role requires flexibility to travel to alternate work locations as needed.

- Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience or equivalent experience/combined education
- An Active 8140 Compliant Certification (e.g. Security+, CISSP, etc.)
- Ability to travel for work
- Proven project management experience, including: Managing cost, schedule, and technical development
- Coordinating planning, execution, and completion of projects
- Experience with Agile methodology, Digital Transformation, and DevOps implementation
- Managing complex systems design, development, and implementation
Desired Skills:- TS Clearance, with SCI and SAP eligibility
- Networking experience is highly desired
- Leadership experience as a Team Lead or Product Owner
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including: Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
- Creating and presenting reports to stakeholders
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to new business processes, including: Business Process Management (BPM) and Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with ability to consider both short-term and long-term perspectives
- Technical aptitude, with ability to rapidly learn and understand new technologies and their applications
- Customer-centric approach, with focus on delivering results and meeting stakeholder needs
- Proactive and collaborative approach to building and aligning stakeholders, capabilities, and resources to achieve objectives
- Familiarity with C2BMC NT/BC processes and procedures, including knowledge of relevant protocols and standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
