Global Sustainment offers an exciting opportunity to work with the next generation of weapon systems and state of the art technology. You will drive innovation in processes and operations as well as the opportunity to build our digital thread. The Global Sustainment organization supports a large portfolio of programs in many technologies such as; Lasers, Solid State Radar, Computing Systems, Combat Systems and Launcher programs across Rotary Missions Systems as well as other Business Areas across the corporation. This requisition is for a Project Management support role across our program portfolio.
Specific program responsibilities will change as business and program rhythms dictate. The candidate will work under general supervision to provide Cost Account Management (CAM) support for multiple programs, prepare and coordinate the plans and schedules for new or existing programs. Will support the development and review of costs, operational budgets and schedules, and manpower requirements. Assist in the resolution of proposal preparation problems and provide support in the assessment of progress against established plans and parameters. Provide recommendations for corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirements.
1. Support the Logistics Project Manager (LPM) in leading cross-functional teams in meeting program goals.
2. Work closely with Logistics Program Managers on the day-to-day management, measurement, and reporting of logistics contract scope, including Earned Value Management.
3. Assist in the development of plans, budgets, and schedules in response to program requirements, and monitor work progress of logistics personnel assigned to tasks to ensure milestones are met.
4. Support / assist in business capture activities, such as Basis of Estimate preparation, and may be assigned to participate in technical volume authoring, and capture and programmatic reviews.

The organization is based in Moorestown, NJ. The position is a hybrid position but will be reviewed regularly to ensure that the best classification / work location is selected for optimum program support - work arrangements/locations will be considered as part of the LMForward initiative to shape the future work solution to meet mission requirements. On-site presence and personal interaction with the team is an essential part of professional development and success in these roles.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Earned Value Management (EVM) experience or Control Account Manager certification

2. Experience in team building and conflict resolution

3. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.

4. Familiarity with data analysis, metrics collection, and reporting, using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Desired Skills:
1. USN or International /DoD logistics

2. Scheduling and Resource planning

3. Proposal cost estimating and technical volume authoring

4. Prefer that the position will work from / in the Mt. Laurel Moorestown campus to support the NCMDS / MDCS program efforts.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
