Come be a part of the development of the Hypersonic Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) weapon. This new multi-platform launched weapon system will include phases progressing through design, flight test, initial production, and deployment of the weapon system. Lockheed Martin CPS program is seeking a full-time Test Engineer. In this role, you will:
• Develop test plans, automated test scripts, software request documents, test procedures, and other documentation used to prepare for and conduct testing.
• Perform analysis of test results to validate system performance and ensure test data meets test requirements.
• Document test anomalies found during test execution and lead troubleshooting efforts consisting of a team around 3-5 people to resolve anomalies.
• Support post-test documentation such as test flags, test reports and procedure closeout meetings.
• Provide support to proposals, Independent Reviews, customer meetings, design reviews, anomaly resolution and TRRs.
• Must be hands-on and willing to drive execution in a fast-paced production operations environment including occasional travel in support of Assembly & Test and Launch Operations
• Work with minimal direction and coordinate plans with Leadership.
• Support test requirement reviews and working group meetings.
• Be enrolled into the Lockheed Martin ATLO Certified Test Conductor (CTC) training curriculum and work towards becoming a Certified CTC on the program through on job trainings by other Senior CTCs on the program.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline . Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
The candidate will report to the Ground Test manager and will be assigned a team lead.
Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with testing and problem solving for integrated systems.
• Ability and willingness to work occasional off-shifts and weekends to support full lifecycle operations.
• This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance.
Desired Skills:Python, Matlab, scripting, test automation, test execution, test procedure development, automation framework, test flags, presentation skills, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Confluence, test requirements, ability to read engineering drawings, and post data processing.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $70,100 - $123,625. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
