Boeing Global Services (BGS) Supply Chain Planning Organization is seeking an In-Country Mid-Level Supply Chain Specialist located at Al Udeid Air Base, Doha, Qatar, and reporting to a home organization in Hazelwood, Missouri.
The Asset Manager will be responsible for leading the F-15 Qatar Spares Assurance Program (SAP) in-country collaboration with USAF, QEAF and Boeing stakeholders, as well as supply chain demand and forecast planning and execution activities. The contract supports modern service activity where operations are aligned to Performance Based Logistics support methods in Hazelwood, MO.
This is a Long-Term Assignment to Qatar. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided. Ability to meet international assignment health requirements required. If accompanied, family must also meet international assignment health requirements.
Position Responsibilities:
- Involved in a multitude of supply chain related activities to include customer demand review, forecasting assessment, ordering of materials, reporting on supply activity, strategy development for support of prime contract requirements, enhancing processes and procedures, and working across a multi-functional services team.
- Interface directly with the Qatar customer, work autonomously within the Boeing enterprise, and will need to have working knowledge, experience, and understanding of the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process.
- Serve as a liaison for the St. Louis Asset Management Team to the F-15QA LSRs/FSRs by supporting supply chain activities to include:
- Induction of Non-Serviceable Assets for Repair
- Manage DIFM (Do In For Maintenance) process and ensuring adherence to established process
- Set up/Maintain material CONOPs for all O and I level shops on base
- Set up/maintain shops as DODAACs/Vendor codes
- Have LSR create part request against the repairs etc.
- Provide oversight of bench stock TSLs and requisition process
- In-country warehouse grief resolution management
- Requires a high level of personal accountability and responsibility.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in finance, supply chain, project management, supplier management, or accounting
- Proficient in Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SI&OP) process
- 3+ years of experience working with forecasting, Supply Chain Software Systems, Supply Chain modeling & Simulations tools, and ERP systems
- 3+ years of experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint and the ability to learn in house systems
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Possess excellent communication skills allowing for cross functional interaction with the Customer, Program, supply chain, contracts, finance, engineering, and quality.
- Position requires strong organizational, communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with asset management systems & tools including supply planning & forecasting tools MS2, SPO, GOLD, TAV, WOW, COPPR, NWP and knowledge of Sales, Inventory, Operations and Planning (SI&OP) is preferred.
- Position requires strong knowledge and experience in military supply support environment including demand and inventory management of company-owned material, customer owned material and program/contract material

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $80,750 - $109,250.
