The 1LMX Enterprise Control Tower (ECT) Team under the 1LMX Operations Transformation team is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic Project Engineer Sr Staff with a strong background in planning and scheduling.
What You Will Be Doing:
In this role, you will be leading the development, execution, and adoption of SAP S/4 Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) under the Dynamic Scheduling capabilities. You will also be responsible for coordinating 1LMX ECT R3 functional activities to include requirements definition, cross-value stream integration, and organization change management activities. You key responsibilities will include the following:
• Leading the deployment of SAP S/4 PP/DS capabilities to include the requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, and adoption of tools
• Leading Tower (ECT) R3 functional activities to include requirements definition, cross-value stream integration, and organization change management activities
• Collaborating with both functional and IT leads to ensure requirements and deliverable milestones are achieved
• Partnering with Business Area functional representatives to capture requirements and coordinate testing, and rollout change management/communications plans
• Leading the strategy/implementation/adoption of new tools and technologies to help drive Operations Transformation across Lockheed Martin

This position is fully remote, but will require limited travel (~5-10%). US citizenship is required due to system access.
Basic Qualifications:
• Extensive experience with SAP Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
• Experience with Production Planning or Production Control
• Experience influencing and leading large initiatives and projects in a virtual environment
• Experience working across internal functions and organizations
• Strong planning, communication, and presentation skills, to include to executive-level audience
• US citizenship is required due to system access
Desired Skills:
• Previous experience with Production Planning, scheduling, and end to end manufacturing processes
• Experience with SAP S/4 PP/DS
• Experience with Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP)
• Experience with Agile Project Management
• Experience using Agile tools (JIRA)

• Previous experience with OneLM Transformation (or enterprise-wide transformation), change management, and training

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $141,300 - $244,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
