Digital Transformation Consultant
Program Summary
The qualified candidate will play a critical role in providing digital engineering support for the F-16 Digital Materiel Management (DMM) Program. In the performance of duties, the candidate will assess, design, and deliver expert solutions to optimize operational efficiency and data integrity for the F-16 System Program Office.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong facilitation, verbal, and written communication skills while collaborating with senior leadership, government agencies and the KBR DMM Team.
- May lead or participate as a member of a larger team to design and implement typical elements related to digital delivery including configuration, digital delivery methodology, governance, and interoperability across multiple software stacks utilized across multidisciplinary design outputs.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the current engineering process and be able to facilitate the best digital engineering practices throughout the project
- Must be able to work alongside key government stakeholders to better understand their requirements
- Provides technical advice and guidance to senior program managers regarding the creation and implementation of new digital engineering solutions.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited program
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with Model Based System Engineering (MBSE)
- PLM and Governance Development experience
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) Certification
- Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) Certification
- Model-Based Definition (MBD) Experience
- Solutions Architecting Experience
