Description:What You Will Be DoingIdentifies customer's system needs and responds to requests for proposals; performs feasibility and performance studies, including benchmarking, capacity planning, etc.; develops appropriate systems recommendations to meet customer needs, including system configurations, installation planning, etc.; prepares and presents technical product information to customers. Post-installation and implementation responsibilities include technical consulting to customers and providing solutions to software problems.

Basic Qualifications:· Eight years' combined experience in one or more of the
following areas: Air Vehicle Sustainment, Fleet
Management, Field Service Support,
Comparative Analysis, Business Case Analyses,
or Logistics Operations
· Minimum Five years of experience with fifth gen aircraft
· Experience with MS Office products (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint) and experience manipulating
large data sets (Pivot tables, VBA Macros,
Tableau, SAS, and/or Business Intelligence)
Desired Skills:· Strong Customer Relations Skills
· In-depth knowledge of problem analysis
techniques and decision tool application (e.g.,
root cause analysis, analysis of alternatives and
forecasting)
· Advanced program/project planning and execution skills.
· Ability to work jointly with customers and teammates to identify solutions that meet the needs of multiple stakeholders
· Experience working with a military customer
base, including international military customers
· Ability to direct technical trade studies and interpret modeling results suitable for data driven decisions
· Hands-on technical field and/or in-plant experience on military fighter aircraft
· Reliability / maintainability experience
· Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills.
· Must be willing to mentor junior-level team members

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
