Description:This requisition is for a Strategic Operations Analysis Manager within System Integrations, Architecture, and Analysis (SIAA) organization. Full spectrum leader primarily supporting mission engineering analysis (operational, architectural, and predictive) for Space Sensing, Security, Multi-Domain Systems and Platforms. Key responsibilities and expectations:
• Team manager for 20 highly skilled and energized engineers (conducting their assessments, career development guidance, program assignments, training plans and proactively recruit/staff initiatives).
• Lead teams engaging in mission, platform, payload/sensor studies and analyses activities spanning end-to-end solutions such as air/space, space security and collection/sensing systems to drive strategy, investment, mission value, requirements, and architecture decisions.
• Organize and conduct planning sessions with the participation of stakeholders from across the community, interact with senior Lockheed Martin and national security representatives at the three-star and above level.
• Interface seamlessly across the SIAA Organization and other talent centers to bring collective support to our stakeholders
Candidates for this position should have:
• In-depth understanding of military and intelligence customer missions, in particular, first-hand experience with the development and evaluation of tactics, operating plans, and operating concepts.
• Extensive experience engaging with wide range of military, intelligence, commercial, and civil stakeholders, from operators thru executives, in the design, planning, and execution of exercises, analysis, and wargames involving space capabilities
• Broad understanding of classified (DoD and SCI) and unclassified systems for C4ISR, BMC3, and TCPED
The selected individual will join a team driving business growth. They will need to be able to lead others with limited to no direction, maintaining awareness of and adapting to changing priorities, employing agile development methodologies. The selected individual will necessarily engage at levels from technical to executive across Lockheed Martin, industry, and customers, and therefore must have demonstrated oral and written communications skills, composure, and presence. They will interact frequently with Directors and above, and therefore must be able to convey essential information quickly and concisely for decision making.
This position requires an individual with a current TS/SCI clearance.
Basic Qualifications:+ Must have a Bachelors degree
+ Experience leading wargaming or military operations activities that supported special access programs either in an L-code or team lead capacity
+ Operational Experience working military and intelligence customer missions, in particular, first-hand experience with the development and evaluation of tactics, operating plans, and operating concepts.
+ Wargaming/OA Experience working as an operations analyst/wargamer, in particular, in a leadership capacity in Operations Analysis and/or Wargaming.
+ Space Operations experience engaging with wide-range of military, intelligence, commercial, and civil stakeholders, from operators thru executives, in the design, planning, and execution of exercises, analysis, and wargames involving space capabilities.
+ Systems Understanding experience in space architecture development for wargames or operations analysis activities with broad understanding of classified (DoD and SCI) and unclassified systems for C4ISR, BMC3, and TCPED
Desired Skills:+ Highly prefer a Masters degree in Management/Organizational Leadership
+ Demonstrated ability to manage a wide range systems engineering and technology development activities, and successfully employ the appropriate program and project management techniques for contracts, IRADs (local and corporate), and CRADAs
+ Demonstrated ability to relate with external customers across DoD and IC, in partnering/collaborating on end-user, mission-driven, end-to-end solutions
+ Demonstrated ability to engage and partner with industry leveraging, developing, integrating, and operating end-user, mission-driven, end-to-end solutions

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
