What You Will Be Doing
As a Property and Operations Analyst Staff supporting the F-22 Weapon System, you will be responsible for overseeing spares and repairs material management to ensure the efficient utilization of prime mission equipment (PME) and hardware assets. Serving as a key liaison between supply chain teams, lab coordinators, and item analysts, you will troubleshoot supply chain challenges, manage asset visibility, and coordinate inventory audits. Your role will involve driving process improvements, ensuring compliance with audit requirements, and maintaining a seamless flow of mission-critical assets to minimize production shortages and enhance operational readiness. This position requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in material management systems to support the sustainment and success of the F-22 program.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the F-22 Supply Lab Coordinator, Lab Custodians, and Item Analysts, troubleshooting and mitigating supply chain issues.
- Support and coordinate two Program Management Reviews (PMRs) annually.
- Partner with the Sustainment Supply Modeling Group to establish replenishment strategies for condemned assets.
- Develop and maintain Total Asset Visibility (TAV) for program assets, ensuring an accurate baseline for PME inventory.
- Manage PME spares to minimize production shortages and maintain operational readiness.
- Identify, procure, and integrate lab assets into the overall program asset management strategy.
- Oversee and schedule repair cycle assets through designated repair flights, prioritizing mission-critical needs
- Review and process supply transaction reports, coordinating updates within GOLDesp.
- Conduct semi-annual and annual classified/unclassified inventories to support Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) requirements.
- Regularly update Item Analyst listings for lab assets and ensure all cost data is properly recorded.
- Manage inventory changes and transactions, keeping asset records accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with Lab Custodians to initiate and manage parts requests, ensuring timely procurement and delivery.

Your analytical mindset allows you to identify risks, drive process improvements, and ensure the seamless flow of mission-critical assets.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience with government or industry processes and/or Services Supply systems issues (ILS-S, D043, D035K, CSWS Data Exchange, etc.) and the ability to resolve systems related issues in a team environment.
• Experience using systems to access, maintain, and manipulate data (i.e. working knowledge of Excel, SAP, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience with logistics, item management, and/or inventory control within military supply discipline
Desired Skills:
Bachelor’s from an accredited university in an associated discipline and 10 years related experience in the following
• Experience in Inventory Management.
• LM Legacy Systems such as Provisioning Relational, Integrated, and Distributed Electronic System (PRIDE), SAP, GOLD, and APSS.
• Working knowledge of the F-22 Wholesale Supply Tool (GOLD) and the Material Requirements Planning (MRP)System preferred.
• Demonstrated thorough knowledge of desktop metric software and publishing tools and an understanding of customer requirements and priorities.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
