What you will do:
- Lead complex projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide clear communication to stakeholders on project progress and any potential issues.
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Monitor project performance, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Provide strategic guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement by conducting post-project evaluations and implementing lessons learned.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
- 9+ years of experience in project management, leading complex projects in the FinTech industry.
- 8+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- 10+ years of experience with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- PMP certification or similar recognized project management certification.
What would be great to have:
- 8+ years of experience in managing projects related to financial services and technology solutions.
- Expertise in utilizing project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis to drive project decisions.
