What does a successful Implementation Manager do at Fiserv?
As an Implementation Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams from various departments and organizations to oversee the full lifecycle of implementation projects, from initiation to closure. Your role will involve managing multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on the implementation and conversion of large-scale, closed-loop gift card programs for both new and existing Fiserv clients. Your leadership will drive revenue realization for the Prepaid organization at Fiserv while successfully exceeding client expectations.
What you will do:
- Confirm that project methodologies, project delivery processes, and implementation management processes are adhered to.
- Manage the project and program schedule, as well as oversee risk and issue management, along with scope change management.
- Facilitate and ensure effective communication regarding the project by managing and delivering consistent, clear, and concise updates and status reports to stakeholders, clients, and project teams.
- Drive revenue realization by reducing project implementation times.
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of all Closed Loop Prepaid (Gift Card) products and their functionalities.
- Deliver projects within budget and specified timeframes while ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you will need have:
- High School Diploma or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
- 4+ years of project management, implementation, or related work experience at an enterprise level.
- 4+ years of experience in client management.
- 4+ years of experience in cards and payments or eCommerce.
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications or a relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience managing accounts valued over $1 million.
- Advanced knowledge of CRMs or customer service management.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Clarity, Confluence, or MS Project.
- Experience working within the fintech domain.
