You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for Lockheed Martin Ocala Operations. Our mission is clear. Ocala Operations is a multi-shift manufacturing facility that build circuit cards, wiring harnesses, and electro- assemblies. The facility currently has over 1000 employees and provides products to six Missiles and Fire Control sites. Ocala specializes in both low volume high mix and high volume production that has a combination of automated processes as well as labor intensive manufacturing. Ocala Operations has a represented manufacturing workforce that is supported by a strong engineering and operations support team.
What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a First and Second Shift Supervisor for Manufacturing and Operators. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
• Driving/achieving quality, schedule and cost targets for multiple programs.
• The daily activities of a specified group of production employees while ensuring that safety, cost, quality, and production standards are met.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Previous leadership experience
Ability to develop, coordinate, lead and execute daily production plans independently, with minimal supervision.
Ability to assign work to hourly workforce and hold employees accountable for following processes, cost, quality and schedule.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve daily production issues, working simultaneously with supporting functional areas; Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain.
Must be able to work first and second shift and support overtime, as needed.
This position will be located at a facility that
requires special access and requires the selected
candidate to be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills:
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, including the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
Effective problem identification and solution skills.
Possess a working knowledge of managing workmanship, time and attendance, enforcement of work rules, employee training development & certifications, and audit readiness.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
