Description:What You Will Be DoingLeads sustainment capture efforts for Europe to secure new or re-compete contracts, or task order business. Has accountability to shape and win new business through a balanced focus on customer value, the competitive environment, and the corporation's best interests.
Develops capture strategy including business solutions for pursuit of opportunities; identifies potential customers, competitive assessments, teaming suppliers, and prices-to-win; participates in bid and proposal activities. Has responsibility to lead and integrate the assigned cross-functional team and authority to direct team activities for the duration of the pursuit. Maintains ongoing interaction with program LOB.
International travel will be required.

Basic Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college
-International business experience
Desired Skills:-Previous business development/campaign experience in capture.
-Experience in developing aircraft sustainment or logistics solutions.
-Understanding of Pursuit & Capture process to include the Aeronautics & Corporate policies, New Business Funds planning, execution and monitoring.
-Experience working with domestic & international, and civil & military high-ranking customers.
-Familiar with Sustainment Operations.
-Experience organizing and presenting briefings to senior Lockheed Martin Executives and customers individually and in group meetings.
-AMMM program knowledge and expertise.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
